Gas Boiler Service
£60
- Includes gas safety inspections of the gas line installation, and carbon emissions testing with digital Gas Certificate. A gas boiler needs to be in working order for a service to be carried out. It excludes any additional repairs or defects which may need to be rectified. These will be charged at the applicable rates for labour and materials.
Labour Rates
£50
- £50 per hour or part thereof with a call out fee of £10 per site visit. This covers boiler breakdowns, heating system repair/upgrades and travel to and from suppliers to source materials.
- Jobs which require more than 4 hours of labour per day, are charged at the full 8 hour day rate of £400.

- Estimate costs will be deducted from price of completed work upon job acceptance
