Initial Call Out & Estimates
£75
- Initial call out is £75 including 1st hour labour. Estimate costs are £75 and will be deducted from the price of completed work upon job acceptance.
Labour Rates
£50
- £50 per hour or part thereof. This covers boiler breakdowns, heating system repair/upgrades and travel to and from suppliers to source materials.
- Jobs which require more than 4 hours of labour per day, are charged at the full 8 hour day rate of £400.
Gas Boiler Service
£60
- Includes gas safety inspections of the gas line installation, and carbon emissions testing with digital Gas Certificate. A gas boiler needs to be in working order for a service to be carried out. It excludes any additional repairs or defects which may need to be rectified. These will be charged at the applicable rates for labour and materials.
